By accessing and using Doculore's platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our services. These terms apply to all users of Doculore, including legal professionals, business users, and enterprise organizations.
Service Description
Doculore is an AI-powered document intelligence platform designed for legal and business professionals. Our services include:
AI Assistant: Discover answers backed by citations from your trusted document sources
Advanced Search: Find documents at the speed of thought with filtering, keyword search, content search, and duplicate detection
Bookmarks: Save searches and activities for quick reuse later
Workflow Templates: Orchestrate complex, multi-step tasks using built-in prompts
Knowledge Bases: Secure vaults for organized, private documents—keeping your drafts, client notes, and case files protected
Productivity Tracking: See and measure your activity across the app
Account Responsibilities
Account Creation
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your Doculore account. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Authorized Use
You may only use Doculore for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to use the platform to store, process, or distribute illegal content, malware, or materials that violate intellectual property rights.
Professional Use
While Doculore provides powerful tools for document analysis and workflow automation, you remain solely responsible for professional decisions, legal opinions, and business judgments made using our platform. Always verify AI-generated insights before relying on them.
Document Ownership & License
You retain all rights to documents you upload to Doculore. By using our platform, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and analyze your documents solely to provide our services. We will never use your documents to train AI models for other users or share them with third parties without your explicit consent.
Your documents remain private within your secure knowledge bases. Only authorized users in your organization can access them according to the permissions you set.
Intellectual Property
Doculore's platform, including our AI technology, search algorithms, user interface, workflow templates, and all original content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:
Copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Doculore platform
Remove copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary markings
Use Doculore's branding or trademarks without prior written consent
Create derivative works or competitive services based on Doculore
Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the platform
Subscription & Billing
Payment Terms
Doculore offers subscription-based pricing with monthly or annual billing options. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Automatic Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. We'll notify you of upcoming charges and any price changes with reasonable advance notice.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you'll retain access to paid features through the end of your current billing period.
Service Availability & Modifications
We strive to provide reliable, uninterrupted service, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Doculore may:
Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
Temporarily suspend service for emergency repairs or security updates
Modify, add, or remove features to improve the platform
Update these Terms of Service with reasonable notice for material changes
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doculore and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Decisions made based on AI-generated insights or document analysis
Service interruptions, data loss, or security breaches beyond our reasonable control
Our total liability for any claims related to Doculore shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Warranties & Disclaimers
Doculore is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we work to ensure accuracy and reliability:
AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinations
Search results and duplicate detection may not be perfect
Document processing may not capture every detail or nuance
Workflow templates are guides, not substitutes for professional judgment
Always verify important information and exercise professional judgment when using Doculore's features.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:
Violate these Terms of Service or our Privacy Policy
Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
Fail to pay subscription fees
Attempt to compromise platform security or other users' accounts
Upon termination, your right to use Doculore ceases immediately. You may export your documents before termination, but we're not obligated to retain your data after account closure.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Doculore shall be resolved through:
Good faith negotiations between you and Doculore
Mediation if informal negotiations fail
Binding arbitration or courts in Turkey as a last resort
